I see the little green squares below everyone's user names which indicate what kind of reputation they have. How would one go about giving a user a positive rating? Or can we do that?
In order to give someone a positive reputation you can just rate their post (bottom left-hand side)? Is that what you mean? You can't decide how much green squares you want to give to a user.
