How long does it usually last for halting hairloss. like 4 years after the initial 12 months to get it to work or what? any ideas

Your number make no sense. What do you mean. I just missed something.

It lasts 10 plus years before you hit baseline again for the majority of the bell curve but if it turns out you have really really aggressive male pattern baldness you might need to step up to the plate with dutas at 98% and then the fat lady has sung.

For two years you are still incrementing your baseline though.

After that it start to drop ever so slowly. So if you don't want to experience that decline back to where you were then measures must be taken.

If what you are saying is that it has not worked well for you then just imagine how hard it's fighting just to keep you where you are. It's just not enough inhibition of DHT to regrow in your particular case.
