I honestly think with hair transplants, if you're gonna have shitty, sparse hair on top shave that sh*t down. You see all these muppets that let it grow for 96 days and comb it over and smp the crown and stuff. It looks wank. Go big or go the f*** home

this is not what baldness does to you, it's what bad hair transplants do to you. I can sympathize with this poor bastard. I have a head covered in concealer as well. I would never put it on slick bald scalp, that's f*****g nuts. But I am getting to the point where you can see the concealer sitting on the scalp through the diffused hair... NEED to shave this sh*t. He went a little too far with the SMP in my opinion. Should have been a bit more conservative. Good work though, HIS... same clinic I am going to for my scar.
