Great..what did they screw up on this time?

:woot: I have to agree with Jacob this time, they change the formulars too often, no matter it was DNC, Revita shampoo, and now Polaris Nr08. The new formulars were never better than the one before. So I really have no idea what they are doing, but just fooling around with the hair from the others!! I really hope the owner(s) suffer(s) hairloss as well, so he will know how the others feel!
They surely have problem in R&D, production , quality control and after sales service, so I no longer pay high price for that!
