Hello guys!

Here's my story : I started losing hair in last january and I'm a diffuse thinner. Then at the end of march I got on propecia, nizoral 3 times/week and folligen 4 times/week. Which mean, I completed my 10th weeks on propecia today. My hair is going down like crazy, I'm starting to have a bald spot on the vertex but I don't think I'm shedding, I might lose around 20-30 hairs/day. My scalp seems to be alright, I mean it's not red neither itchy. I just don't know what to do... Should I start minoxidil 5% once a day right away or just wait and see if propecia is going to work?? Anybody knows why it doesn't work for everyone??

Appreciate any advise please...

Give it time, you didn't start to lose your hair in 10 weeks, so don't expect to see it return in 10 weeks, it may be many more weeks, or months before you hair loss slow down.

It is normal for people without male pattern baldness to lose 100-150 hairs a day.

FrankHair1, wooo! Slow down buddy! The way that you seem to be gonig at your challenge is like if you only did A+B+C=Z. Hmmmm...you know that you can't do that. The combination of stuff that you mentioned may work for others but you need to find what is going to work for you so you'll need patience and perserverance. Face this challenge head-on and allow it to bring out the best in you NOT your worst!
