Hi Guys,

I have been receeding slowly and started loosing it fast on the crown. 6mths ago i contacted a hair clinic and they recommended i use revivogen. I bought the revivogen treatment including the shampoo and now my crown has grew back. I have also been using vitamins for hair as well. Now i have receeded on the temples really bad. So much so that its getting difficult to manage. Especially on the left side. Today i have contacted the clinic in regards to what i can do and now i have found this forum and wondering if you guys can please help me in to what kind of regime i can use to try and grow back my temples, i would be happy if i could even get a little bit back. . I was thinking maybe advodart, nizoral and some rogaine along with the revivogen shampoo and not the revivogen serum. Please help me...

Hi,
I agree with the Captain. I'm not an expert and just started treatment myself. I would love to help.

I keep referring people to the guide on this page, as it is really well written. You have chosen to use Revivogen and had some success. What I understand to be standard is to start with the Big 3 as Captain Combover said. Now I you have decided for a treatment then it is necessary to wait a year to see full results. Maybe you will get some in the front? Maybe it is just shedding?

All is not lost. If it just fell out it may be regrown. I would really discuss this with your clinic. They have chosen to use Revivogen, maybe they have something else to add.

You may still start another treatment as numerous people have done. I would first discuss with your clinic and then decide if you would like to continue with Revivogen and add something or discontinue Revivogen and start something else. I would prefer the former if I were you.

For motivation look at the success stories here on the forum. There are tons of people that had bad hair which went back to good hair and back again and back again. I didn't know this myself until I saw the pictures...keep the faith.
Hope this helps.

Thankyou for the reply guys. I cant seem to upload pics. I'm currently working in the middle east and the internet sucks. I have tried many times to uplaod the pics.

Maybe it is just a shed. I bought nizoral today and will use this 3 times per week. I see guys talking about 1/2 & 5 % . 1 and 2 mg. I'm just so confused, i feel like just shaving my head and being done you know.

I read that revita maybe a good choice especially the conditioner.

So here is what i am thinking. I really want to stay with natural products.

Revivogen or Revita shampoo
Nizoral 2/3 x per week
Revita.cor conditioner.
Hairmax lazer comb

If that fails then i will have to go with rogaine which is monoxidil? correct??

I wanted to ask, those guys using revivogen. There is a serum i use that comes with the whole pack. Do you guys use this, what is it exactly.

Can someone also explain what the BIG three is?? lol

anyone think this may be a good decision on what to use on my previous post.

Do you think i should use minoxidil. i hear guys talking about this product, is that rogaine or are they two different products. Which is better, i also hear of a product called kirkland. See i was going to try the lazer comb first. Any feedback on the lazer comb here..

As far as I'm concerned people should only use minoxidil once they stopped the hair loss from getting worse, because minoxidil doesn't stop hair loss it just gives you some extra growth.

How would you feel about short term use of propecia? Because to me that sounds like your best bet, till something better comes along.

It might be an internet myth but i've heard avodart can destroy hairlines.

Rogaine is the brand of the original maker. You should stick to known good brands and make sure you're not buying fakes.

Once you get into minoxidil, I think you should MAKE SURE YOU DON'T LET A DAY PASS WITHOUT APPLYING IT. I have this hunch that skipping may be the cause of shedding.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the replys. well today i call an online consultation from a hairloss clinic in London. This is what they said..
Hi Jon,

Lovely to chat with you today. As discussed I have put together some information on the course of treatment for your diagnosed condition.

Our combination course has over 90% success with full stabilisation and over 80% success for obtaining substantial amounts of regrowth. If used alongside a home use laser comb these results can be brought on sooner and can help to increase the effects of the medications. I expect to have achieved stabilisation within 2-3 months and to see the initial signs of improvement by Christmas time. Once we have attained the regrowth and stabilisation we can decide when to drop you down to one medication just to stabilise.

Our courses of treatment are recommended for 12 months and are dispensed quarterly for home-use delivered direct to your door, please find our prices below inclusive of 20-30% discounts. In addition to this by paying for your 12 month combination treatment course in advance you receive a complimentary Hair Max Laser Comb worth £240.

Propecia and Minoxidil 12.5% + Azelaic Acid
Lazer hair comb

Since am in the middle east i have limited availability to products but i found some regaine liquid form in a pharmacy today and have started using it tonight.

I have to try and put a stop to the hair loss now before i get vacation, should this work before i go ahead to start my treatment as discussed with doctor.
