please help

I have been on propecia since 12th november. just over 1 month. i read a few storys where using the big 3 is best. So i started last week on regaine.
I am a NW2 i think going onto Norwood 2.5 thinning a fair bit on top....doesnt look good when wet. But i hvae very thick hair! my hairstyle completely hides it all(liam gallagher) but dont know for how long
will the minoxidil do more harm than good with shedding etc? should i just use propecia and maybe Nizoral?
Please let me know your thoughts and people with experience i would love to hear from you......need to keep my hair!

Stabilize first with finasteride and Nizoral for 8 months to a year or more and then decide if you need the MIN. It is usual to get some growth with finasteride and Nizoral an that just might just do the trick.
