Please Help What Is This Is It Sebum Build Up

during the last months i have often hairs that i shed or when i wash my hair that come out with this bulb my question is is this sebum because if i pull down the ball i have the white bulb under it so it means that the hair is not in the anagen phase ??Will it grow back and the thing was that i had dandruff but with a shampoo i could clean my scalp but i lose every day like 5 hair with the fat end

It seems to be a common issue. You wont find many answers though just things to try. All you can really do is try different shampoos and see if they help. All you can do is watch and see if the hair doesnt grow back. If your losing hair then its male pattern baldness so treat it like that then. Treat them separately though.
