I'm 18, male, and my hair is relatively long, like Lionel Luthor's in the first three seasons and I've been experiencing hair loss (maybe due to stress) since May 2016 as long as I can remember. That time until August 2017 I thought it was just temporary so that there was no reason for me to freak out. However since this year's August started I began losing big clumps of dried hairs when rinsing my hair after shampoo. Now I'm starting to think this is beyond Telogen Effluvium or stress (which is an active part of my life, but I don't think that the direct reason of this particular pattern of hair loss is stress)
Also, the hair loss is happening all over my scalp, not just the upper part of the head.
Yet, my hairline hasn't retreated at all.
What could the cause of this be? And is there any thing I can do about or should I go directly see a dermatologist?
