Buy a guitar and sing folk songs to your moribund hair follicles.

Oh hair, I love ye so... you're like a flower that had to go
to the flower heaven in yonder sky
where flowers go, they go to die

follicles... follicles...
where ye be dyin for and goin to-ah?
follicles... SWEET BABY JESUS follicles...
I'm drunk with despair as ye bid me... adieu-ah

Stick with minoxidil and Propecia. Make sure to apply minoxidil TWICE a day, every day.

Buy some retin-a cream. At night, before bed, apply small dabs of retin-a cream to your problem areas.

BE CAREFUL though! The stuff is VERY strong and will sting and cause you to peel. So start out light. Use it once a week for the first week. Then twice a week for the second week, and so on. Slowly build yourself up until you are using it every other night.

I also recommend Folligen Cream on the hairline on the nights you are not using Retin-a. This may sting at first too, but will eventually go away. Folligen will help with the irritation caused by retin-a and minoxidil and helps to thicken hair too.

Good luck.

Oh! I did not know you got a hair transplant! Well then I would NOT suggest retin-a at ALL!

I would be patient and give the transplant time to grow. If it has only been a month then I would guess it is going to take at least a year before you see new growth.

Didn't your hair transplant doctor give you advice on what you should do?

I would contact your hair transplant doctor and discuss it with him or her.
