Hi all,

Recently I got told by my brother that I'm going bald at my crown, he's always been pretty clued up about this as he's scared of going bald as well. I've always had long hair so I've never really noticed my scalp before. Just wondering if you could help me

First picture is just me facing the camera to show my hair length

Second picture is my hair from the back

Third picture is my hair from above while standing straight

Fourth picture is the one that worries me as its me bending my head forward, I'm not sure if that's just the way my hair falls or if it's alopecia or balding ?

In that fourth picture, it definitely looks like there may be thinning going on. My best recommendation is to go see a hair transplant doctor, they can check and find out 100% for sure if you're balding or not. If you do have male pattern baldness, then you'll need to hop on Finasteride.

Thanks for your reply, like I said, in the fourth picture I've pushed all my hair forward so I'm not sure if that would have made it look any worse but I'll definitely go see a doctor

Yes, do see a doctor, it's always better to be on the safe side. :) Just keep an eye on your hair making sure it's not getting thinner.

Thank you for your help, here's two more photos I've managed to take. This is what my hair is normally like without tilting my head, you think it's curable ? Sorry for the constant questions, just very worried
