Plan of attack....Thoughts?

I am a diffuse thinner and have been losing hair on top for about two years. I have caught it early, so I'll be praying this works.

Just purchased 2% topical spironolactone, folligen spray, 5% xandrox w/ Azolic Acid & Retin-A. Already have Nizoral and use that 3x a week. Plus, I take a good multi-vitamin

Thats my plan of a attack. Thoughts? All are welcome.....

may want to try finasteride unless you want to use it as a Plan B

Thats what you're missing. A 5ar inhibitor.
You MUST REALLY ADD EITHER PROPECIA or REVIVOGEN
The rest you've got is excellent. I couldn't think of a better regimen. But fight the 5ar as well man.

I am really trying to avoid using Propecia since I'm in my youth and I love women. :wink:

Got to have the girlfriend tackle working properly ya know.

If it comes down to it, I will buy the finpecia stuff from Cipla, but I am not sure if they ship to the US.

Just purchased generic finasteride from the link provided on this site that goes to Drugs One. I am not going to use it right away, but rather as a backup plan since I am not in the bad of shape hair wise.

I also took some pictures before I start my regimine and will continue to update on the site every month. Wish me luck.
