Ok so I have added piperine to minoxidil now 5 days
Pretty intense burning sensation but bearable
Not as bad as capsaicin

You'll know if it's a decent AA fairly quickly as the systemic side would be unavoidable when using minoxidil 5% solution as a vehicle.
