Pink/red Irritated Scalp - Itch And Inflamed

Hi folks
I wanted some thoughts on why certain parts of my scalp are pink/red/irritated/inflamed?!
This is strange to me as I see a lot of men with male pattern baldness and never notice this happening. My scalp is pink in the front center of my scalp. It itches and sheds.

Again, I’ve talked to plenty of men who are bald, going bald, this isn’t the orthodox story I hear. So makes me think it’s some sort of other issues?

If its something like eczema or dermatitis, you should go to a dermatologist and try something like a zinc pyrionite shampoo or keto shampoo, and if that doesnt work maybe clobetasol or something like that,maybe some corticoids
