Anyone experiences this - particularly on the one temple which has receded the most I have a few pimples which are painful to the touch. i don't know if this might be caused the fact that I've been touching it quite a lot (checking in the mirror to see if it's getting worse), or if it's part of male pattern baldness, or if something else is irritating my scalp and caused increased hair loss.
