Pimple pain in scalp

anyone of you tried to pull your hair softly on healthy or weak hair do you feel that your hair root pain like a having pimple on its root .

today i softly try to check the healthy hair on my crown and i suspected that theres is a difference between Norwood area and donor area ,

is this excessive sebum causing your root to close hence making like a pimple pain .its horrible

please check let me know what do you think.
