Pictures of my frustrating journey

Hey guys. I'm a longtime lurker and sometimes poster when the comments on the forum. I plan to later today post my story in introductions, but I am pressed for time now so I just want to post a couple pics so that I can add a precedent to this big experiment we are all doing.

The short story is this: I'm about bald anyway but went on a very strict and fairly large regimen. I'll explain what in my next post. The thing that I'm posting about now is that my regimen didn't change but after some mild success four months in, it all went away. I was shocked to see any results, but then thought that it was an indicator of things to come. Then it seemed to all go away. And it has stayed away for so long that it seems like this might not be just a shed.

The one thing in my regimen that change is that I started smoking again. But would that just kill any progress I had made?

And I know that I don't have much to work with here so maybe I'm just frustrated over nothing. Anyway, here are the pictures. There is no reason to post the pictures today, they look just like the first set!

Like I said I'll post more information later.

By the way, sorry for the facemask, I'm a puss. Also, now that I look at these pictures it doesn't seem like a dramatic change, but trust me, it was!

Good luck to everyone. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Ok, apparently I can only attach 3 pictures, so the fourth is coming in a second post.

When I smoke heavily at weekends I often have two to three days of accelerated shedding in the few days afterwards.
As of yesterday I've quit for good...
type "smoking and hairloss" into google, there are some reports and growing evidence to suggest the teo are related.

in the middle picture - 4 mothns later in 2008, there is a MASSIVE improvement.

Its crazy to think that it was all lost again without dropping the regimen in anyway...

i look forward to your next post... mayb e there is something to be learned on this... and maybe you can find a way to get back on track...
