Hi guys,

I have been having hair loss for the past 6 years. And The attached pics(top, right and left) is the extent of my hair loss. Although I see some small hair over the receding hairline area. Can you please confirm if they are dead hair? Is there any chance of those babies to grow back?

Finasteride, Minoxidil and Nizoral ASAP.

Your crown is starting to go too so it's important to get on treatments right away if you at least want to keep what you have.

If there's hair there, it'll probably grow back stronger on finasteride or minoxidil, providing you respond, and minoxidil would probably help regrow the hair lost near your crown too. It takes time though, so read up (there's some good information in the men's guide on this site). If you want to save money, I think you could get away with just using finasteride (nizoral is good too and I like it, but I'm not sure whether it's essential). It's up to you.
