Isn’t that a classic Telogen Effluvium sign?

Yea I’ve read and heard that. But 2 years of Telogen Effluvium (shedding 200-300 hairs a day) and my hair doesn’t look much worse? Would/shouldn’t two years of Telogen Effluvium take a huge hit on someone’s hair.

You’re probably just shedding a lot, but if your rate of growth is unaffected — IGNORE and enjoy your life and hair

It's normal to have white bulbs at the end of your hair follicle but damn that's alot of shedding.

Your hairline looks almost identical to how it looked 2.5 years ago.
I wouldn't be at all concerned, and, if your hairline still bothers you, get a hair transplant in the next few years. You've clearly shown stabilization
