what do pepper coptides really do for hairloss? (by the way - was that the right word? ...you know what i mean)

i heard they are good for scalp. my scalp is good though , i dont have problems with it.

i even heard that they make regrowth. is that true. i heard that they let hairs in the anagen phase grow. is that true.

so how many hairs are in the anagen phase and how many are made to grow. so at the end , how many hairs do pepper coptides let grow?

how effective are they?
