People Who Didn't Respond To finasteride And Switched To dutasteride, What Were Your Results?

So basically as the title says, people that did not respond to finasteride and started taking dutasteride, what were your results? Also did you experience any side effects when switching? Also, please state the length of time you were on finasteride before starting on dutasteride.
Where does one get a prescription for dutasteride as well? Will your normal dermatologist prescribe it/do most dermatologists know that it is a possible treatment for hair loss?

@buckthorn just recently added dutasteride after undesired results on finasteride. Probably too soon for conclusions, though.

OP, I haven't responded to finasteride either (actually feel like it set me back big time) and am contemplating adding or switching to dutasteride.
