Yes, a no-shave or partial-shave transplant may be possible for selected patients. It is not suitable for every graft number or hair-loss pattern, and it can require more time and precision. The decision should be based on safe donor access and treatment needs, not only discretion.

Good to know it’s possible for some people. I think the donor area and number of grafts are the main things to consider rather than just avoiding a shave. A consultation with a reputable clinic would be the best way to know if it’s suitable.
