Painful comparison

My friends were sitting around drinking and playing a game where we compared each other to celebrities. The question was "who would play you in a movie?" My friend's girlfriend compared me to Woody Harrelson. Everyone agreed, and said that it's the hair. Then the focus was on my head. My friend said he gives it about a year before I'm completely bald.

I found pics of Woody Harrelson online and he's not a bad looking guy but he's about a Norwood 5-6. I don't think I'm that bald but maybe my friends see something I don't. The truth hurts!

I do not believe that story you told is true. Sometimes trolls make up random stories.

Nobody would be that rude to make fun of your hair like that unless they are your enemies.

WTF?!! I wish I made that story up! The guy that was giving me a hard time has always been like that. It's always been a pissing contest between the two of us since we were in high school. There's an unspoken competition for who has the better car, better job, more money, etc. If the roles were reversed and he were losing his hair, I would've rubbed his face in it, too. Unfortunately, he has the upper hand on this one.

it's better than them sitting there gazing at your scalp whilst pretending that you don't have hair loss. they sound like normal people, who don't understand that hair loss can really affect some people. you need to grow a thicker skin and if you're having a pissing contest with your friend then expect to lose now and again.

know what i do? as soon as hair comes up in conversation, i make jokes about my own loss first. makes everyone feel comfortable and looks like you dont give a f***.

also, woody harrelson is quite a compliment. would you rather they said george costanza?

This is exactly what I think, do you expect them to compare you to Tom Cruise? Harrelson was noticibly balding in his 20's and it didnt do him much harm so it was'nt neccesarily a putdown.

Maybe they were thinking about Woody Harrelson in younger days, where he wasn´t a Norwood 5/6 yet. He looks very good shaved.
