Pain in the bladder zone when pee and ejeculating

Hi. Anyone have this thing?

Also sometimes i've some horrible pain inside the anus when pee and few times i feel lack of strenght in my legs when this happen. I have this since 17 years old (that i can remember).

I never told it to anyone except for an old friend that had the same problem but never told me what the doctor said to him.

I've been googling about this and i think i'm in trouble :cry: . I've this symptoms described in http://www.chronicprostatitis.com:

Pain in:
- Testicles - few times;
- Below the waist, in your pubic or bladder area - a lot of times;
- Between rectum and testicles (perineum) (only in the rectum)

functional symptoms:

- Pain or burning during urination - few times (i had it months ago)
- Pain or discomfort during or after ejaculation - a lot of times;
- A sensation of pain in the lower back and upper legs
- A sensation of pain or burning high up in the penis (urethra) - few times
- A sensation of not emptying the bladder completely after finishing urinating few times
- Lowering of libido (sexual desire) - i think this is lack of hot women in my sight.

- Fatigue, sometimes to the point of being bedridden - a lot of this;
- Discolored semen (yellowish, from dead white blood cells - a sign of inflammation) - almost the time i have yellow semen
- Impaired memory, find it hard to concentrate;

I have this symptoms since the beginning of my adult life (17 years old). But i always ignored it. I will make a appointment to a doctor.
