Overuse Of Nizoral Thinned Out And Made My Hair Incredibly Dry. Options?

It’s pretty ridiculous how nizoral is mentioned in the ‘big 3’. It did the same to my hair; completely fckd the texture of it. Probably slightly helped some guy in the early 00’s and ever since people have kept touting its supppsed benefits.

I really don’t know how it has managed to latch on to the only 2 treatments that do work.

I maybe use it once a month. Makes my hair so dry. I also seem to shed a lot whenever I use it.

I find it very drying too, my hair is naturally dry so it makes it worse.
