our next future hope after minoxidil and finasteride?

There are two basic medicine till now, discovered in the area oh hair loss treatment, finasteride and minoxidil. Is there something else going underway experimentally right now? I mean which is our next hope untill the end of this decade?

I hope so.

I am just waiting for a large scale test to be completed on Saw Palmetto for Male Pattern Baldness and etc. Til then, Saw Palmetto has a question mark.
I am hoping for other newer drugs to come out to prevent male pattern baldness, that is natural and safe to use.

The other thing that I would consider just below finasteride n minoxidil is Revivogen.

thats the big question mark. we dont know until it does come along and result in promising results during fda testing. There have been promising products but not so many with undisputable tested results. quite frustrating.
