Ok I tried Oral spironolactone a couple months ago. In theory, it should work great and it seemed to thicken for a short but it seemed to make my hair thin all over, even back and sides so I quit using it. Maybe it was just a shed, I don't know. Note: it did make my body hair thinner so I know it was lowering my androgens or doing something.

I'm at a point where I don't know what to do. I've begun using it again at 50mg daily, I've cut my hair shorter and decided to try and tough it out. At the rate I'm going I'll be bald soon anyhow, I feel I don't have much to lose really.

After using it for nearly a week, the back and sides are doing suprisingly well. I have a tendency to try and pull at my hair and see how easily it comes out. Before, I could easily pull several hairs from the back and sides every time. Now I get one or two every 10+ tries. Hair on top is shedding or something, becoming thinner for sure.

Should I stick it out? I'm scared but also at a point where if I don't stick with something I won't see results at all.

Here's my regimen:
50mg spironolactone daily
Nizoral 2%, Head and Shoulders
6 BAP (genhair) 1-2x daily
T3 on hairline(purely experimental heard it from Hairsite)
2.5mg finasteride til it runs out
Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse 1 x a week

and i meant to post this in the experimental forum
