oral castor oil

Hey everyone,

could someone please help direct me to a castor oil product I can take orally?

I decided to try this and I'll keep everyone updated on any progress I make.

Also, does anyone know how much I should take? Should I just put some in my water?

There are many castor oil products on Amazon but I'm not sure which one is ok to take orally.

i too will be following this, looking to start castor oil but i am not sure which is the best route to take; orally or topically. Also, im not sure which KIND of castor oil to use due to differing opinions on here, still cant seem to find a solid answer.

I hope we can get an answer, G.i.joey. I'm not interested in using it topically, however, as it's so difficult to wash out. It's traumatizing for me to wash my hair even twice a week. I am a female and have been diagnosed with telogen effluvium. I'm pretty sure, however, that I have Androgenetic Alopecia as well.

Take a pharmaceutical grade oral castor oil but drink with LOTS of water

Ok, I am worried about taking something that not many people seem to use orally. And also am worried about taking something not really designed for oral consumption.

Would these castor oil softgels work?

No one is using oral castor oil softgels labellavita. Not that I know of.

1-2ml daily should be ok. Castor oil orally is listed as safe as i can remember however higher portions will give you an laxative effect. Capsules should work and if you buy the pure oil you should take care that it is special processed.Some processed oils will have an toxic effect and are clearly not for oral intake.
