Hey Everyone, looking for some suggestions. I'm 35 m and have suffered from Trichotillomania for the last 20 years or so. I have created a small bald spot in the front area. the new hairs that have come back are very slow and thin. Im not looking for a wig or piece or anything left on for a long period of time, just something to help cover up for a few hours or so. In the past I have usually colored in the scalp and hair area to help conceal it. Im curious about the tape or glues and using portions of my own hair for a quick coverup, any suggestions would be appreciated
