Opinions wanted regarding regimen

If you check out my post in My Story, you will see I've been successfully using minoxidil alone for 4 years but realize I need to address the DHT issue to prevent further loss. I've recently begun spironolactone 2%/5% and have also received a 3month supply of propecia yesterday.

Just looking for opinions on whether I should allow 6months to see if the spironolactone would be adequate for maintenance or jump right into the propecia? Keep in mind at this point I am not seeing an unusual amount of loss....none on my pillow and couple here and there in the sink and shower. I'm not worried about side effects or whatnot from propecia, but if I can maintain using topicals this would be my preference.

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey dude, looks like minoxidil is really working for you. Since you're not noticing excess hairloss, why not throw in propecia into the mix? You have nothing to loose. it will better your chances to save your hair and maybe grow a little more.

i hope after u read this post, you pop your first propecia pill.

DO IT.

I always thought the general consensus was if its working dont f*** with it. if your hair is still there and your not losing any, then keep doing what your doing. why take the risk of a finasteride shed when you dont need to
