Ok, ive been noticing some recession in the temples over a few years, (30 yrs old) visited a dermatologist last year who gave me regaine and said I was NW1 - basically told me to just keep an eye on it however I do feel its got slightly worse, lot of thinning in the temples - Id really like to do all in my power to put a stop to it but really about possible sides, I know its a small minority but just wondered what would be best to start on?
I have dr ashcrofts contact info, whats the reccommended doseage? Should I start on a smaller dose to gage my reaction to it?
