one a day?

does anybody take "one a day"? it's a men's health formula and they say it's good for the prostate. i was wondering if this is good for the hair since finasteride does something to the prostate?

I take centrum with Lycopene..

that's supposed to be good for the prostate.. and its cheap at costco for a whole ton of tablets
