So I use rogaine 5% foam at night, finasteride 1mg each day, and nizoral 2% once a week.

Which topical Anti-androgen would you guys recommend? I'm a 19 year old diffuse thinner. Should I even bother?

I shed like 10 hairs when I shampoo and condition in the shower is that normal?

I have read very mixed reviews of topical spironolactone. Some people hate it and some people swear by it. Doing further research, I would say that it is weak to non-effective - I have personally not tried it. I am currently looking for an AA myself and looking into RU.

Trying topical spironolactone can't do any harm. It won't make your hair worse or give you side effects (a possibility with most other treatments). However it is generally regarded as having weak efficacy.

IMO topical spironolactone is bs and i dont think its needed, you're on the big 3. yes if there was a safe effective topical AA, you'd know about it.
