On a scale of 1 to 10, how happy are you with your regeime?

OK everyone, on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very unhappy, 10 being very happy) how happy are you with your current regeime in terms of how it is helping you acheive your goal, whether it is regrowth or just maintainence.
I think it would be great if everyone replied, it would help everyone to see how their fellow HairLossTalk.com posters are getting along. It will be really interesting to see where everyone is at too.

I'd rate my happiness at about a 9. Gotten really good response in 5 mos. time. No minoxidil at all. My regimen now consists of finasteride, multivits, nizoral, Zinc.

I'm only two and a half months in, and I think that propecia is just at the beginning of slowing my loss.

Nearly 3 years now on the finasteride and minoxidil (Cu peptides from time to time and went through a 6 month nizoral phase).

Recently started on the Morrocco Method shampoos and Blood of the Dragon Styling gel – very happy with them so far.

I’d say my satisfaction is between a 7 and a 9 depending on the hair day I’m having!!

Not to sound like broken record, but if you give it a 6 after only 2.5 months, then you are off to a good start.

Like Def says my hair happiness ranges from a 4 to a good solid 8.

Depends on what kind of mood I'm in, Bad mood = bad hair etc. Amazing how mood can play a part in you're thinking, err. at least I think so!

I guess I would say 6. I think it's stopped me losing more hair but I don't know because I don't know what it would be like without it.

When I started Finasteride I was praying it would simply stop my loss at a given point. I was willing to lose more as long as it didn't reach a certain point. Thats all I wanted.

It stopped my loss, regrew some and thickened things up alot so I say a 9.

It's all about realistic expectations folks.
