Well, greetings and hello everyone, it´s been a while (2-3 year) since i posted here on this forum.
Glad too see many of you still stick around.. (Even tough there was some hard discussions back then :smack:

WARNING: My english could be a little poor sometimes so sorry about that but I´m not from a english speaking country so I hope that is reason enough for forgiveness.

Anyway, the fact that so many of you guys are still posting; I dont know if its a postive sign or negative.. But I guess the treatment do work for some of you :)
So if someone have had success please reply this and tell your story, I would really aprieciate it since am still not 100% sure about the "perfect" route to go from here.

So to fill inn a short version of my hairy little fairytale :punk:

I started notice loosing hair when I was about 24. It was thinning very slowly untill I was about 27. Then was the time I first started researching and reading this forums up and down for about a year or two.
Got a haircut and a girlfriend so my life was not that bad at that time. And nobody was complaining about my hair either so I kinda just lived my life for a couple of years.

Then at 29 I really knew that I had to do something or I would go bald becouse it was speeding up fast. So when running out of time I still wouldn´t go the big 3 route becouse of fear of side-effects and not too many success stories to find either.
BTW.. I´m a Norwood 2 with a really classic horse shooe pattern going to be a perfect lick Norwood 5 in 2-4 years with my speed of rate I´m having now.

But now I´ve made my decision to kick some *** hair long time!!!!

I´m 32 at the moment and last year my hairs are running fast *** hell on my scalp and jumping straight into suicide every minute, so am ready to fight one last time before I surrender to the Gods Of Baldie s :)

As you might have guessed im quite ready for some more good hair days until something miraculus treatment hit the market.

I will start shooting photos from different angels in daylight (sunlight) from today and every month for 2 years ahead.
I´m also gonna use the same angel, light and haircut to get this future success testimonial (before/after) photos to be as trustworthy as possible.

But for this kinda big experiment I would very much apreciate some support from you experienced people on this forum. But everyone is free to comment offcourse :)

So this is what I´ve ordered so far for my basic regiment:

Devices & Tools
- Dermaroller 0,5 mm
- Laser (Hairmax replica)
- Rejuvena SL Ultrasonic & Ion Skin Care System (For deep toxic cleaning an rejuventing skin layers...NOT 100% SURE ABOUT THIS YET, could maybe be repleced with some other product that has deep skin stimulating effects.. Any sugggestions?

FDA aproved internal´s fighting DHT
- Finpecia 1mg - 0.5 x 2 a day (I have a feeling that by take half dose 2 times a day might have lower risk of side-effect and it is read that even 0.10 mg could be enough finasteride to do the same job in the body)

FDA & Multi-treatment Product (DHT, Growth and scalp healt):
- DS Lab - Revita Shampoo (Instead of Nizoral, It has the Keta too + a lot of other well documented ingredience known to fight male pattern baldness)
- DS Lab - Spectral DNC-L (In the moring only, becouse use Dermaroller at night so need time for the the skin to heal overnight so that the minoxidil from Spectral DNC doesnt go into my bloodstream trough the punctured skin).
- DS Lab - Spectral RS (at night after punching my scalp with dermeroller)
- A&G Hair Complex - Serum (Enhances stem cell functions in the folicle.. It´s new and look verry promising I think. I do combine this with Hairmax laser)

Natural Internal´s
- Emerald Green (Superfood)
- Chywanprash - Ayurvedic suplement (An old indian secret to longevity. It contains 52 interesting ayurvedic indian herbs)
- Pprroocceerriinn or some other Saw Palmeto based natural DHT inibition formula (could need advise on this one tough)

Natural Topical (To be sure to fight the hairloss in most possible ways, the unproven by FDA ways too. But first of all for the scalp condition so that we have a startpoint as good as possible and to treat the possible skin sideeffect from the more non-natural topicals)
- Blossom Hair Oil (Massage into scalp every night right after doing the Dermaroller and Spectral RS topical. This could really help the absorbation of the oil becouse it will mix in with the Nanosomes delivery-system in Spectral RS. So both Dermaroller and Nanosomes should do the trick ;)

Diet, Workout and excercises
- Healthy diet without sugar and milk products (4-5 meals per day).
- Emerald Green Superfood (Some organic high concentratet superfood mix. No need for multivitamin pills anymore. Get every vitamin, mineral etc from this. Some other on this forum has also reported his friend got regrow of hair only by using this superfood.)
- Protein Suplement (A good source of extra protein in powder form as part of one of my daily meals.)
- Stevia - (100% natural sweetener that has zero calories and many other health benefits)
- 30-60 min stamina workout (jogging, swimming, dancing, fighting, drinking beer´s whatever :)
- 15-30 min strenght workout (weight lifting, push-ups, sh*t-ups and that kinda stuff)
- EFT - Emotional Freedom Tecnicue (Kinda like acupunkture except for the needles. Use fingers enstead)
- A lot of beers and party´s()
- Then sure a hell lot of sex with beautyfull sexy chicka´s :innocent: :) (If this regiment starts to work out soon *** hell uffcorse!! :hump: )

And here is the routine STEP BY STEP:
Morning:
1. Shower and shampoo with the DS Lab - Revita Shampoo. Switch between hot and cold shower 2 couple of times to enhance the blood circulation on scalp.

2. While hair still damp (so the hair won´t absorb all the topical) and skin is dry I apply the Spectral DNC-L. (only one topical in moring, becouse of time, easyness and hairstyling)

3. Style hair with as natural ingredience as possible. No harse chemicals here. Mixing pure aloe vera and bee-wax could make a good natural styling wax maybe (very experimental:)

3. Go kitchen and make some herbal tea mix. And drink it with the Chywanprash - Ayurvedic suplement. No sugar in tea (instead use Stevia for sweetening with no calories. It also enhance the estrogen level a bit wich is also good for hair)

4. Eating my "favorite" low fat breakfast (Eggs & Fish with favorite spices. And a lot of vegetables and salats. NO white bread or anything with a lot of fast carbs). Every other day eat cornmix with dry fruits and soyamilk.

5. Popping half (0.5mg) of that terrifying 1mg Finpecia (generic Propecia/Finasterid) pill.

6. Go do something to make some money so I can afford this regimen.

Lunchtime:
7. Drink Emerald Greens And Protein shake and eat some fruits.

8. If space and time do a little scalp massage and EFT acupuncture technicue. Or maybe lay down and meditate for some time to calm mind and body down while repeating inside my mind: My hair is regrowing, im so happy I have all this hair!)

9. Go do more of that earning money stuff. Or go to beach for a nice tanning and look at some nice girls for motivation purposes for the rest of the day:)
Remember not to put sunscreen on scalp as we dont want cancer on scalp too. Bring some cooling aloe vera on top instead.

Evening / Dinnertime:
10. Either take of my shooes and turn on some inspiring music. Or take that MP3 player out for a little excercise. Ex. Weight lifting first then jogging or walking on that sensational Finpecia trip wich still is fighting brain DHT.
Remember to bring something to drink. Water is good i fits clean.

11. Make dinner or go to susi restaurant. Dont eat ur mothers food here if shes not very food and diet-enlightened.

12. Time for a little 5 minute scalp massage again. Just to wake up those lazy folicels for some more hard hairwork.

13. Popp that Pprroocceerriinn or Saw Palmeto suplement.

--- Do whatever u like for sometime ---

Night before bedtime:
14. Shower and stuff!
15. Dermarolling time
16. Apply the Spectral RS (NOT Spectral DNC as we dont want minoxidil in the bloodstream causing rappid heartbeat and swollen face and who knows what )
17. Apply & massage in the Blossom Hair Oil to scalp and hair.
18. Go eat some food and drink more protein powder and/or superfood.
19. Time for the other half(0.5mg) of that potence enhancher pill Finpecia.
20. Brush teeths and use that Hairmax Laser if you feel like wasting your time a bit. (The Laser´s main purpose is to use with the A&G Hair Complex serum but thats a one time treatment just for some weeks, so I didnt put it here with the daily rutines.)

After 1 month when the scalp condition is in perfect shape and free of DHT start using the A&G Hair Complex serum with the laser insted of the morning rutine that days untill the end of the serum. Think its about 3 weeks or so.

ONE IMPORTENT THING. Remember the scalp hygien and do not use toxic styling products while on topical treatments as it might go down into the folicle alongside with the topicals.. And that we dont want! So try to find that all natural ingredient styling products if any.

:hump: THATS IT!! :hump:

So please comment about your opinion of this treatment as it would be really nice to have some support and discussion along the long way..
Maybe this is all that it takes to stop and regrow everybody´s hair..
Then we need more people on this regimen if it really works on me!
Maybe I have forgot something important to my regimen too.. then please lett me know :)

Re: OKAY.. Back Fighting4Hairs again :)) And very optimistic!!

looks good and good luck, however I'd save my money instead of buying a lasercomb.

And where do you have that from?
"(I have a feeling this is bether becouse of finasterids quite short half life, so that am supressing the DHT day and night)"
As far as I know finasteride's halflife is a week?

I love the enthusiasm. The regimen is a little more than basic though.

I would advise to use any Ketoconazole shampoo, 1% or 2%. Also, I reccomend only showering once daily, the natural oils of the scalp are the best oils.

You've got nothing to lose a 31, trust me this is coming from a guy in the same position as you at 19. Enjoy your treatment and good luck with it!

Yes, I updatedet my regimen today and waiting to put in the Nizoral for searching some more complex shampoo. And then I found out that DS Lab Revita Shampoo is much more complex. The same producer as Spectral topicals.

The ingredience list is:

Water,
Cocamidopropyl Betaine,
Coco-Glucoside,
Caffeine,
Ketoconazole,
Pyrus Malus (Apple) Seed Extract,
Aspalathus Linearis Leaf Extract (Roobios),
Apple Polyphenol (Procyanidin B-1),
Carnitine HCI,
Ornitine HCI,
Acetyl Cysteine,
Dimethyl Sulfone (MSM),
Taurine,
Emu Oil,
Biotin,
Copper Peptides,

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Spray Dried),
Glycereth-7, Glycerin,
Polyquaternium 10,
Glycol Stearate,
Menthyl Lactate (Menthol Derivative),
EUK-134 (SOD Mimic/Spin Trap),
PEG-150 Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate,
PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides,
Menthol,
Zinc PCA,
Citric Acid,

Sodium Chloride,
Methylchloroisothiazolinone,
Methylisothiazolinone,
Tetrasodium EDTA,
Red 40,
Blue 1

Listed in bold is the ingredients I´ve heard of myself that has diferent hair stimulating effect.. So I figured that would be a more beneficial than just Nizoral.

That's Revita isn't it? That's what I was going to recommend to you..

I use that daily, it's less harsh than the 2% Nizoral. Though it's a lot more expensive.

Does Revita have 2% Ketoconazole as well?

Am not sure how many % it is.. But the Spectral DNC containts 5% minoxidil.. So seems that they use good strength on the main active ingredients

It's 1% Ketoconazole, 2% tends to dry my hair/scalp out as is in Nizoral.

Anyways, I've been using it for about 2 months. It's been good, but it is hard to pin down what it has actually done. It is the most advanced hair loss shampoo I've come across so I'm happy with it and will continue to use it. You're not going to see any dramatic results from any shampoo unfortuenatly.

No I don´t excepct result with that either, but if ut can build a nice clean highway for the other topcials to enter its done its job well enough.
And scalp health offcourse.
But I personaly think that its the Blossom Hair Oil with Spectral RS as support carrier that will to the most work considering scalp health and balansed nourisment to the folicles.

If you want to discuss Lasercombs etc. there are a lot of people on Regrowth.com forums. I think they use Emu oil before the laser.
