I want to try Nizoral shampoo for itchy scalp etc. I noticed it said you cannot use it while taking xanax prescription. Does anyone know what this is about???

They are referring to taking ketoconazole orally as it will increase the levels of xanax in the body. Using it as a shampoo will not affect xanax levels. Just don't drink the shampoo.
