Oils On Scalp Cause Extreme Shedding, Why?

I had a strange observation about my hair-loss. My hair are thinning for years now, but it happens gradually. Recently I sped up this process - I lost almost half of hair after using oil on my scalp. Every oil makes me shed like crazy. Not from beginning, but after some time of use.
Obviously I won't try using it ever again, but I'd like to understand why this happens.
Few years back I could use oils on my scalp. I guess my Androgenetic Alopecia wasn't that strong back then.
Is it because DHT somehow stays in oil and this mixture of oil and DHT kills follicle?
I have very big tendency for clogged pores on my face, even though I clean my skin very well, use acids etc. Maybe pores on my head have the same tendency?

I think you should specify what kind of oil. Some oils (peppermint, Rosemary, nettle, etc.) are used for stimulating hair.
What is your oil?

It really doesn't make any difference. I tried indian hair oils with coconut oil and herbs, oils with essential oils, castor oil, flaxseed oil, pumpkin seed oil. No matter what oil, and no matter how high quality it is, no matter what my regimen is at the time - what other things I use/supplement - it makes me lose hair. My hairloss recently stopped thanks to Minoxidil, ketoconazole etc, and just using oil made me lose half of a hair. I wonder what is reason behind it.
