Afternoon Gents.

So need to start dealing with the above photo! 23 years old, family have all suffered hair loss fairly early. I have read through the start here etc and understand the different treatments to an extent.

What I'm not sure of is how far gone I am already, and what the best course of action is for me?

Finasteride?
Minoxidil?
P5 cream?
Together?

Really don't know where to start! Really overwhelmed with all the options that are available - don't want to end up ignoring it because of too many different avenues competing with each other.

Any advice greatly appreciated. Will be updating my progress on here I think.

hi! it seems like your hair is going fast. Start with finasteride (Nizoral as well if you have dandruff or itchy scalp) and see how it goes. If you feel like finasteride alone wouldn't work, then add Minoxidil...good luck

Do as talmoode said above. Given the bad quality your hair is showing, I would add some nutrition such as garlic, turmeric powder, cucumber, broccoli, and supplements such as Biotin, or B-Vitamins, fish oil etc. to my diet. And thank you for posting in anticipation of your future updates. I am looking forward to your progress with pictures

Finasteride ASAP (but speak to your doctor before starting)

Nanofibres will help to conceal the crown

I would definitely go finasteride as people are saying. You are thinning pretty badly and minoxidil will help thicken it, however I am a big anti minoxidil guy. It only puts your hair in the growth stages and does not actually help anything. It will give your hair a thicker appearance when they all simultaneously regrow but then they will shed simultaneously as well causing a very thin look. It can cause a lot more stress about your hair than its worth. Also if you leave for a trip and are off of the minoxidil for 2 weeks plus say bye bye to all the progress from minoxidil. I would actually say add the S5 cream to your treatment. It actually hits balding at its fundamental level but in a different way than finasteride. You can pick that up without a prescription and it is side effect free so I would start with that and finasteride ASAP.

I think you should use mustard oil it will remove dandruff or itchy scalp and make your hair to stop falling else i suggest you to consult with a surgeon as well

every post you make you mention mustard oil (whatever the fuk that is) - so you're obviously a shiller. Reported.
