Hey guys I would really like some help as what I am supposed to do now.

Attached shows the difference in hairline from this summer to today.

I've been on combination of Finastride/Minoxidil for 2-3 years now. I don't think there has been regrowth but I think the main thing it has done is slow the process of thinning.

I have not introduced anything like derma-rolling into my routine.

I've done 1 session of PRP with a clinic in London which I think temporarily did show regrowth signs but after that, it's not stayed consistent and gone back to the same.

My main concerns are my temples and hairline as I illustrate in the picture here.

I've visited in total 3-4 hair specialists in London now and I get a mixed reviews. I get some that say they can do a transplant in these temple areas for 4-5KGBP
Or I get others that say, it's not that bad and rather wait and then look at a transplant option down the line.

Obviously if I have a choice it would be to get regrowth without any form of surgery and just naturally. Though I feel like the finastride/minoxidil combo for me, this is the best it is going to have after using it for 2-3 years.

What do you people recommend here? If anyone has been in the same position?

I definitely recommend adding derma rolling. It significantly increases the effectiveness of minoxidil and it helped me a lot for sure. I would also consider upgrading from finasteride to dutasteride (assuming you has not side effects on finasteride) as I had the same problem being that there was no regrowth on finasteride. When I switched to dutasteride it made a huge difference. There is a number of other things you can be doing as well including using a good shampoo (i recommend lipogaine), taking a hair supplement (can boost circulation and antioxidant). Usually it is best to use 4-5 different treatments (laser helmet is good too if you can afford it) for best results.
