So I saw a derm a month ago because I was concerned that one side of my hairline has receded quite a bit while on the other I have absolutely no recession. The women I spoke with said it doesn’t seem like male pattern baldness because there is no “pattern” and in male pattern baldness i’m not showing any signs like thinning or recession on both sides.
The doctor was a foreign women in her 30s not that it makes a huge difference.
(really harsh light)
I still find myself paranoid about it and I’m wondering if I should have them perform a scalp biopsy just to be sure? It’s at the point where all day Im obsessing over my hairline and how it looks.
Sorry and thanks.
