Not Really A Hair Piece Question, But My Upstairs Shower

no longer runs hot water, only lukewarm. The other faucets and showers in the house have very hot water. Could it be the cartridge?

I'm bummed because this is the shower I use for my hairpiece maintenance and I am determined not to call a plumber if I can possibly avoid it.

If the hot water is fine everywhere else in the home, yes, that's the only thing that can be wrong.
