norwood scale

Hi, just wondering does anybody know where I could see good pictures of the norwood scale? Ive seen the standard one but its hard to judge off that. I was in a chemist recently and they had a poster up which had a guy with computer generated hair going from nw1-7. Its was alot clearer to see and compare.

Thats the one I was talking about, where a nw2A is worse then a nw3!?
Dosnt make much sense really. Not accurate at all
