Is it normal for hair to fall out everyday?
My hair is around 2 1/2" long(if it matters), whenever I take a shower my hair falls out a little, specially when I use conditioner(more hair falls out).

Not sure if this is normal or not, my hair also seems kinda dry, I don't know much about hair, but I don't think I can say that my hair is "healthy"

I also lift weights, and I think this has something to do with hair loss?

There was a time when my hair was falling out more then usual, right now my hair doesn't fall out that much, but still, I don't wanna go bald, I want my hair to be as healthy as possible.

its not the falling out its the not growing back that gets you. if you see any recession or loss in density then its time to worry but yes its perfectly
normal to lose hair in the shower it happened to me long before
i started to recede.

I think it keeps growing back, right now it doesn't look like im going bald at all. And no one from my family has gone bald, so I hope im good. I just wanted to make sure, since my hair is sometimes kind of dry and stuff, I used to use low quality shampoos too, and didn't even use cunditioner, right now im using American Crew Citrus Mint shampoo & also Citrus mint conditioner. Not sure what shampoos/conditioners are the best, I've heard of Aveda or something like that?

Thanks

Its quite impossible to predict balding with shedding since 1) You always shed hair every day and 2) Balding is a process where the hair cell is reduced in size over a period of time, therefore even if you lost hair in the shower it doesn't tell you if the hair cell is getting smaller.

I suggest taking pictures and comparing every 6 months.
