Noob with pix. from start of hair treatment;Leave feedback

I'm new here and read alot about what products to use in treating hair loss. I've been shedding alot of hair starting around 1 year ago, and as you can see from the pix, most of it in the front and middle. i'm 21 and am around a stage 2 in hair loss. i wanted some feedback about the products i will be using and any other feedback about how to go about using them. such as the order and times of when to use each item. I will be starting my treatment next week and the products I purchased are 5% minoxidil., American Crew Revitalize shampoo, conditioner, and spray, and Nizoral anti-dandruff shampoo. Please give any info. about my situation and treatment regime. thanks guys.

Try Flax Lignans, they supposedly act as a Alpha 5 Reductaste (sp?) inhibitor. For more on this look up Immortal Hairs natural regime

Perhaps look into some spironolactone as a topical...

These are things I am considering because after being on Propecia for over a year my hair is falling all over the place...and I'm about to give it the flick.

Im also going to embark on a hair line maintanence regimen w/o propecia, so ill give you my battle plan.

spironolactone 2% all over and 5% for the hairline and temples

Now i'd probably start these alone first till i hopefully saw some results from the spironolactone (or the top 3, though im not placing a huge amount of faith in those alone). Results being a stopping of hairloss, not regrowth.

However i think ill probably have to use something like Revivogen to inhibit DHT, but i dont really want to as it seems so unproven and suspicious.

Im also going to throw a copper peptide in their once ive waited a bit for results.

My no. 1 piece of advice is to use spironolactone in whatever you choose to do, as it is a potent antiandrogen, with no systematic side effects as it is topical, and is great for hairlines and temples. One drawback is its not as proven as the others.

I've had no problems getting it up on finasteride, likewise most other people who take it. Even if you are one of the unlucky ones it'll sort itself out once you stop taking it.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
