nolvadex cycle

Hey.
Many claim that tamoxifen/nolvadex can battle gyno.

Does anybody know how to do it? How much and for how long?

I have been recommended this cycle by a bodybuilder forum but it sounds like a lot:

1 week 80mg ED


1 week 60mg ED


1 week 40mg ED.

What do you guys think?
