No results after 7-8months on big 3 - can they make it worse

hair just got worse, no signs of improvement, just getting more bare by the week. Seems to be speeding up. Cant see the shedding but can notice big difference in hairline and density since starting.

Can the big 3 make hairloss worse? Should i just give up on them?

I only started as my hair seemed to be advance at the temples pretty quick and now i have to shave my head as the front is gone.
