Now as of yesterday i have started using nizoral shampoo 3 times a week what (if any)benefit will this do to my regimen,i'm kind of finding it hard to get my head round the fact that a shampoo can have any influnce on my hair but would be pleased if people think that it does benefit hairloss just cannot see what it does?

for me its just a great shampoo for making your hair feel thicker and healthier especially if you use a conditioner afterwards. i dont really think
it will help with male pattern baldness that much if at all but it does relieve the itching if you
have any to an extent. it just makes your scalp feel better.

there was a really good thread on the science behind it posted in this forum
a couple of months ago i think.
