Do some people here use both these products at the same time or one and then the other in the same shower?

Tsal cleanses the dead skin cells off your scalp and allows for better penetration of nizoral and other topicals.

I like to put on tsal for a couple minutes, rinse well, then put on nizoral for 4-5minutes. It will help the absorption of the nizoral and other topicals you may use after the shower.
