Just a general question, but when people here are referring to nizoral shampoo to help with hair loss what type are they using? I dont have a prescription for 2% so I was hoping 1% would be fine.
Thanks

In general people are referring to the 2% Nizoral shampoo. However 1% will definitely still be of some benefit, if not just as beneficial as the 2% version. You shouldn't need a prescription for the higher strength though, have a look around for it on the internet or in outlets that you haven't yet tried. I don't know where you're from, but here in the uk there is no need for a prescription, it is sold over the counter at most pharmacies.

Get 1%. Many people believe that 1% is as good as 2% + it wont over dry your hair. Go for 1% and see the results. Just try to leave on a scalp for around 3-5 min.
good luck
