New to the forum...
How effective/ineffective is using Nizoral/Revita overnight or for 12 + hours...
Make a long story short i have doing this for 3 plus years (dont ask)... I am a nw2/3, balding since 17, now 32, and my temples and hair on the side of my hair are better than ever, def better than 5-6 years ago..
I have been taking rogaine for about 3 years and have always put a dab of nizoral or revita in my rogaine before apply to my head, morning and night.... Even before i was taking rogaine i would always leave nizoral in my hair for exteded periods becase it was working on reducing my hair loss/ shedding.....
So my question is after doing extensive research on other topics i come to find out that its prob not the way to go about it....
I have never had any type of scalp irritation... ever, but i am extremely sensitive to medication on my scalp (who knows)...
Should i change it up at this point, and go to the wash and rinse route ed/eod.. or is it irrelevant?
Also is this the correct forum... guessing keto is a mild Anti-androgen....
